On Saturday, October 18, 2008 Connor's Heroes Foundation and St. Thomas Episcopal Church will join efforts once again to host the Third Annual Oystoberfest on the church grounds in Ginter Park.
Come and enjoy great food, live music, and children's activities (including crafts, face painting, Moon Walk and a giant slide). Fried and raw oysters, oyster shooters, brats and chicken fingers will be available for purchase, as well as adult and kid-friendly beverages. Great music will be provided by John Fetherstone, Silly Bus, Uisce Beatha, The Silverbacks, The Bart Chucker Band, and Soul Provider. Admission is free, but a $2.00 donation is suggested.
