Connor's Heroes is excited to announce that it has received a grant of $15,000 from the Altria Companies Employee Community Fund to support its “Superheroes & Sidekicks™” program. This grant will allow Connor's Heroes to train volunteers to spend at least 4 hours a month visiting and attending social events with children with cancer and their siblings. Orientation for community volunteers interested in volunteering as a Sidekick is scheduled for October. Check back soon for exact date and location.
